Our chef has created a flavoursome Australia Day Menu with ingredients that are native to our country such as bush tomatoes, macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle - just to name a few!
The menu is made up of salads, side dishes, dessert and BBQ items which you can "pick and choose" from to create your own menu. Whether you are taking a plate to a friends house or putting on the whole spread, we can cater for you.
Australia Day Menu items will be delivered on Monday 25th of January. Orders must be placed by 11pm on Sunday the 24th of January.

Lamb Chops - Marinated in Garlic and Mountain Pepper (2 serves / 4 serves)

The cut-off for Australia Day orders is order by 11pm on Sunday the 24th of January for delivery on Monday 25th of January.
All items will be delivered cold and require minimal preparation. Salads may require garnishing for example and the BBQ items just need to be cooked on your BBQ or stovetop. The potato bake and roast vegetables can simply be reheated in the oven.
